Old Town Paddle & Co offers lessons for paddlers of all skill levels.
We are fully trained in First Aid/CPR and have advanced training in SUP flat water skills.
We're proud to offer instruction by Paddle Canada certified Advanced Flatwater SUP Instructors.
Basic SUP Skills
This Paddle Canada certified course introduces novice paddlers to the basics of stand-up paddling. Participants will take part in both on water and land-based components, covering topics from the equipment and safety to proper paddling techniques.
Includes the use of a paddleboard, paddle and PFD.
Course runs 2.5-3 hrs
Minimum Age: 13

This Paddle Canada certified course builds on the skills and knowledge gained in the Intro to SUP course. Participants will be introduced to paddling in more challenging conditions and to more advanced paddleboarding skills.
While the Basic SUP Skills course is not a required prerequisite for our Advanced Skills course, participants should feel comfortable with the basics of paddling.
